Martta’s menu for groups

 

 

Every alternative on the menu is prepared from scratch in Martta’s kitchen using local ingredients. Every meal is lactose free and many dishes are gluten free as well. We always take special diets into consideration, but we need to be informed about these at least a week before the group arrives.

Every meal includes water, small beer, milk and soured milk.

 

Price group 1: 13,00 € / person

1. Salmon soup with homemade rye bread, Martta’s own apple pie with vanilla sauce and coffee/tea

2. Country style meat soup, homemade rye bread, Martta’s own apple pie with vanilla sauce and coffee/tea

 

Price group 2: 16,00 € / person

Includes a warm dish and: salad buffet, bread, butter and a baked good from Martta’s kitchen and coffee/tea

 

Choices of Fish:

1. Creamy smoked fish casserole

2. Fish meat loaf, cucumber sour cream sauce, early potatoes

Choices of Meat:

3. Chicken-vegetable stew with rice

4. Filled meat loaf, mashed potatoes, cream sauce, lingonberry jam

Vegetarian choice: 5. Vegetarian curry

 

Price group 3: 18,00 € / person

Includes a warm dish and: salad buffet, bread, butter and Finnish traditional dessert with coffee/tea.

 

Choices of Fish:

1. Fried Baltic herring and mashed potatoes / boiled potatoes

2. Pike-salmon steak with vegetable stew, early potatoes from Nauvo (after Midsummer)

 

Choices of Meat:

3. Stroganoff with mashed potatoes / boiled potatoes

4. Curry chicken with sauce and rice

 

Price group 4: 30 € / person (minimum 25 people)

Archipelago buffet:

An assortment of seasoned herring, pickled salmon and white fish, cold smoked salmon, warm smoked salmon, substantial and delicious salads, roast beef, and early potatoes (end of June) from Nauvo. There may be little changes at buffet assortment during the season.

A baked good from Martta’s kitchen and coffee/tea as dessert.

 

NOTE:

We reserve the right to do small changes in the menu due to seasonal products, such as early potatoes (usually available after Midsummer). Minimum size of group reservations are 15 persons, except for the "Archipelago Buffet" where we ask for 25 persons or more.  Please make your group reservation a week in advance.
